Hands of Honor
Serving with Love, Honoring with Grace
📖 Leviticus 19:32 — “Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God. I am the Lord.”
📖 Galatians 6:10 — “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”

Our Mission
Hands of Honor is a ministry dedicated to serving and honoring the elderly by meeting practical needs with the love of Christ. We believe every act of service lightens a load, restores dignity, and reminds our seniors that they are valued, seen, and deeply loved by God and His people.
WHAT WE DO
Our team of volunteers serves in practical, hands-on ways, including:
- Lawn mowing & yard care
- Tree trimming & bush removal
- Home repairs & winterizing
- Cleaning trash cans & outdoor upkeep
- Organizing, lifting, or attic storage (up or down)
- Moving furniture or household items
- Pressure washing sidewalks or driveways
- Grocery runs or light errands
- Changing smoke detector batteries, filters & lightbulbs
- Writing cards, praying, and visiting
The Heart Behind It
Every task we do is an act of worship. Serving others is more than meeting needs—it’s honoring both God and the people He treasures. By lending a hand, we live out the gospel in both word and deed, answering Jesus’ call to love our neighbor.
Hands of Honor exists to ensure our elderly community knows they are not forgotten, but cherished members of the family of God.
